To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, to extol the great achievements made through the united struggle of people of all ethnic groups across the country under the Party’s leadership, and to demonstrate the China Democratic Promotion Association’s unwavering commitment to upholding the leadership of the Communist Party of China and steadfastly following the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics, on the morning of July 6, 2021, the “Walking the Right Path—Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China: The Third Jiangsu CDPA Fine Art and Calligraphy Touring Exhibition (Changzhou Station)” and the “Changzhou CDPA Art, Calligraphy, and Photography Exhibition,” organized by the Jiangsu Provincial Committee and the Changzhou Municipal Committee of the China Democratic Promotion Association (CDPA) and hosted by the Jiangsu CDPA Jianghai Art Society, the Changzhou Kaiming Art Academy, and the Changzhou Hengshan Museum, opened at the Changzhou Hengshan Museum.

        Zhu Yimin, Deputy Secretary-General of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and Deputy Chairperson of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the China Democratic Promotion Association (CDPA); Gu Cheng, President of the Changzhou Academy of Socialism and Deputy Director of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Changzhou Municipal Committee; Jiang Yi, Director of the Political Parties Division of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Changzhou Municipal Committee; Wan Limei, Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of the Changzhou National High-Tech Zone and Vice Chairperson of the Changzhou Municipal Committee of the China Democratic Promotion Association; Gu Zhengying, Vice Chairperson and Secretary-General of the Changzhou Municipal Committee of the China Democratic Promotion Association; Liu Jinshu, Vice Chairperson of the Xinbei District People’s Congress of Changzhou and Vice Chairperson of the Changzhou Municipal Committee of the China Democratic Promotion Association; Hu Jinfang, Vice Chairperson of the Zhonglou District Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) in Changzhou, Director of the Zhonglou District Bureau of Justice, and Vice Chairperson of the Changzhou Municipal Committee of the China Democratic Promotion Association (CDPA); Zhou Dongjun, President of the Changzhou Institute of Literature and Art, Council Member of the Jiangsu Calligraphers Association, and Vice Chairperson and Secretary-General of the Changzhou Calligraphers Association; heads of the Municipal Education Bureau, Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, and Tourism, and Municipal Sports Bureau; leaders of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang (RCCK), the China Democratic League (CDL), the China Democratic National Construction Association (CDNCA), the Chinese Peasants’ and Workers’ Democratic Party (CPWDP), the China Zhi Gong Party (CZGP), the Jiusan Society, the Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Overseas Chinese Association, and the Taiwan Compatriots Association; provincial calligraphers and painters including Song Qian, Lü Genping, Wang Liping, Bai Ning, and Wang Heng; as well as nearly 80 representatives from the grassroots organizations and members of the Changzhou branch of the China Democratic Promotion Association attended the opening ceremony.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Jiang Bibiao, Vice Chairman of the Changzhou Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of the Municipal Committee of the China Democratic Promotion Association.

Zhu Yimin, Deputy Secretary-General of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and Deputy Chairperson of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the China Democratic Promotion Association, delivered a speech.

Mr. Lü Genping delivered a speech on behalf of the calligraphers and painters.

At the opening ceremony, Zhu Yimin presented the Hengshan Museum with a long scroll of calligraphy and painting titled *Walking the Right Path*. The leaders, guests, and representatives of calligraphers and painters in attendance jointly displayed the scroll and posed for a group photo in front of it.
